We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and committed team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of our students, ensuring they receive the tailored assistance they need to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with additional needs. Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources. Support teachers in assessing and monitoring student progress. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. Requirements: Relevant qualifications in Teaching Assistance or Early Years Education is desirable. Experience working with children, preferably within a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when required.
