How you’ll make a difference
This role acts as a technical service SME within the team responsible for the technical integration of defined services. You will provide second-level support and deputise for the Senior Service Operations Manager. Your role will bridge business delivery and technical solutions, ensuring collaboration aligns with business rhythm and technology readiness.
