What you’ll be doing As a Senior DevOps Engineer within the IT and Infrastructure team, you’ll be responsible for managing Dare’s cloud platform whilst ensuring the smooth deployment of software and continuously improving operational processes. The position is best suited for an individual looking to grow professionally within a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Other responsibilities include: Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable platform infrastructure. Ensure the platform's scalability and performance meet the evolving needs of the business. Work with Kubernetes on the infrastructure and application. Build reusable CI/CD pipelines using the latest GitHub Actions features. Support development teams in deploying their applications. Build and implement Infrastructure-As-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Terraform Cloud and Terraform Registry. Implement and maintain security best practices ensuring compliance with industry standards. You’ll have Strong practical experience with AWS. Proficient in Kubernetes containers, ideally EKS. Running and maintaining AWS based applications in production, especially ECS, EC2 and Lambda. Strong proven experience using Infrastructure as Code - Terraform. Strong Linux fundamentals. Experience in using and running Postgres databases. Ideal Behaviours Attention to detail. Driven to continually improve. Bring previous experience and knowledge to the role and with junior members of the team. Desirable Experience writing code in a systems language e.g. Python or Golang. Experience working with monitoring platforms such as NewRelic or Datadog. Financial services or trading environment.
