* Salary: £30,000 per annum (Competitive Motor Trade Salary)
* Hours: 42.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). No weekend shift pattern!

What you will be doing:
* Customer Excellence: Welcoming service customers and their vehicles in a friendly, professional manner, establishing immediate rapport, and accurately discussing and confirming their service, maintenance, or repair requirements.
* Relationship Management: Taking full responsibility for the customer journey and relationship while their vehicle is in the workshop, ensuring they receive regular updates.
* Service Advising & Sales: Utilizing your natural communication and upsell skills to confidently recommend and sell additional products, extended warranties, and service plans that genuinely benefit the customer.
* Team Leadership: Utilizing your previous motor trade experience to help guide the service reception team, ensuring influential, kind, and thorough service standard delivery.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Car Service Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor is required.
* Systems: Experience using Keyloop (formerly Dealertrack/ADP) dealership management software is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
* Skills: Fantastic customer service skills, a buzz for building lasting relationships, and a thorough, customer-first mindset. Dealership team leadership experience is a major plus!
Commutable Locations: This Automotive Service Advisor role is based in Ashford, making it an easy commute from Maidstone, Canterbury, Folkestone.
