The Service Improvement Team are responsible for leading on improvement projects across Adults, Housing & Communities, alongside providing business support, workforce planning, and digital transformation.

About the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for day‑to‑day line management of the Business & Project Support Team, which provides essential support to the senior management team of Adults, Housing & Communities, and for strategically assessing workforce needs to ensure service improvement. You will also provide in‑depth support to the Director of Adults, Housing & Communities.
This position will be home‑working or based at County Hall but may also require work at various locations throughout the city.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have in‑depth knowledge of recruitment workforce planning alongside experience of working in a business support environment.
You will have experience of creating reports and plans and will be able to demonstrate very strong organisational skills.
A relevant professional qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh alongside other community languages, would be an advantage.
