LCI and Completion Lead for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Scotland Responsibilities: Develop and implement the LCI strategy and execution plan aligned with project milestones. Develop and implement LCI procedure for the project. Coordinate with engineering and document control to ensure proper tagging, metadata, and structure of LCI deliverables from the contractors. Manage the preparation and execution of LCI handover to operations, ensuring completeness and validation of all required documentation. Completion Management. Development and execution of Mechanical Completion within the Completion Management System (CMS) in collaboration with commissioning and quality. Define system boundaries and ensure proper tagging and systemisation of equipment and documentation. Monitoring fabrication and manufacturing inspections, FATs and final inspections to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality expectations. Monitoring of Mechanical Completion (MC), and the Commissioning function, PreCommissioning, and Commissioning activities to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality expectations. Approve handover packages and confirm readiness for operations/start-up in collaboration with internal stakeholders and contractor teams. Data & Document Management Act as the primary interface for LCI and completion-related matters across engineering supply chain, construction, and commissioning teams. Interface with engineering, quality, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and documentation integrity. Support integration with asset management systems or digital twin platforms where applicable. Compliance & Quality Assurance. Ensure all LCI deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards. Support audits and conduct regular reviews to verify data integrity and completeness. Requirements Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project completion and LCI management within the energy or infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of industry standards for LCI Familiarity with interface coordination and document control systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. BSc/MSc or other relevant degree.
