About the Job
As Finance Manager youll be right at the heart of the finance function. Youll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely reporting, making sure financial information is reliable and deadlines are met. Youll take ownership of management accounts, reconciliations and controls, and work on improvements that make processes more efficient and effective.
Its a role with plenty of variety. One day you might be supporting treasury, cash flow or credit management, the next you could be stepping in to cover for the Management Accountant or Financial Controller. Youll also build strong relationships across the business, working with both finance and non-finance teams, and providing insight to help guide commercial decisions. This is a hands-on role where youll see the impact of your work across the business.
The Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or QBE.
* Manufacturing experience essential.
* Strong financial management experience.
* Knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and international transactions.
* Confident user of Excel and ERP systems.
* Management experience.
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
* Detail-focused and proactive, with the drive to see jobs through.
Benefits
The salary is £40,000 £50,000 maximum depending on experience, with hybrid working and flexibility built in with enhanced holidays and pension.
