Dispatch Supervisor Antrim Mivan is a dynamic, and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor, renowned for excellence and innovation. With a global portfolio spanning luxury hotels, prime residential, commercial and marine sectors, we have built a reputation for delivering prestigious and complex projects. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Dispatch Supervisor. The Dispatch Supervisor will join our busy production team producing high-quality bespoke joinery products, including case goods, bespoke doors, display furniture and fire-rated components. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee dispatch operations, coordinate transport and logistics and ensure finished products are carefully packaged and delivered safely to project sites. You will also manage the movement of materials and part-finished goods between suppliers, subcontractors and the factory. If you enjoy problem solving, leading a team and working in a fast-paced production environment, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from factory to site. Main duties will include: Supervise the dispatch function, ensuring products are packed, wrapped and loaded safely for transport. Coordinate cost-effective transport of goods to sites and subcontractors. Organise movement of materials from suppliers and project locations. Record and maintain Dispatch Quality Checks Maintain service schedules for the company commercial vehicle fleet and factory lifting equipment Manage transport suppliers and arrange travel for site-based personnel when required Operate forklift and undertake driving duties as required What Were Looking For We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with experience supervising a dispatch, warehouse or similar function. You will be a confident team leader, able to motivate and organise a team. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to plan workloads, solve problems and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and hold a full UK driving licence. A forklift licence and previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment would be beneficial but are not essential.
