The Role
As a Teaching Assistant - Personal Care Support, you will provide both personal care and learning support to pupils, helping them to feel safe, respected and confident in their school environment. This role is vital in supporting pupils' wellbeing, independence and educational development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing personal care support in a sensitive, dignified and professional manner
2. Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and within small groups
3. Assisting with learning activities to promote engagement and progress
