An established global consultancy is growing its data and AI capability within its Newcastle technology hub and is seeking Data & Machine Learning Engineers at multiple levels.
This role combines data engineering with advanced machine learning, focusing on building intelligent data products, deploying ML models, and working with cutting‑edge AI technologies including NLP and modern AI frameworks.

What You Need
* Experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI‑related roles (or relevant PhD)
* Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark)
* Experience building and deploying machine learning models (NLP, deep learning, or similar)
* Understanding of data pipelines, data modelling, and big data architectures
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
* Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
Additional Requirement
Must meet UK security clearance criteria including 5+ years continuous UK address history.
