Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Birmingham Area
Hours: 42.5 hours per week | between 07:30 and 16:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: Between £40,060.30 - £42,060.30 pa DOE

As a Field Service Engineer, you will take your expertise on the road, providing high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, and technical support for specialist equipment across the Birmingham area. From fault-finding and repairs to customer training and compliance inspections, you will play a vital role in upholding operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What Youll Do as a Field Service Engineer
* Service and repair specialist equipment at customer sites
* Perform LOLER inspections and operator training
* Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support
* Maintain safety standards and accurate job documentation
* Support continuous improvement and uphold quality standards
What Youll Need
* 5+ years experience in heavy plant or waste management equipment
* Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read schematics
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
