Contract: Temporary contract to cover maternity (Up to 6 months)

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Ornua is actively seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our global TA team as we continue our growth trajectory. The Recruitment Resourcer will play a key role in staying connected on local hiring needs, developing proactive sourcing, and recruiting strategies and executing activities included in the hiring process. You will direct and deliver all aspects of the recruiting process for operational roles across all sites in the UK.
You will join the Global Talent Acquisition team and be part of the wider UK HR teams across the Foods and Ingredients Business Units.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
As our Recruitment Resourcer you will;
10. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for operational positions including sourcing and phone screening, providing guidance on the selection of candidates, process offers and pre-employment steps, as required.
11. Schedule interviews for operational UK vacancies and send out instructions to candidates and panel members.
12. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring team experience by providing timely feedback and consistent communication throughout the process.
13. Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
14. Advertising vacancies internally, onto company website, job boards and social media
15. Updating the internal ATS system and supporting the candidate journey.
16. Updating weekly reporting statistics in connection with time to hire and costs.
17. Represent the Company at job fairs, career events and appropriate networking events.
18. Recommend and drive improvements that support our proactive recruitment methods and impact local pipeline areas.
19. Working in liaison with HR Business Partners to formulate and maintain Role Profiles for vacancies and existing roles.
20. To deputise for the Talent Acquisition Specialist during holidays and annual leave
What You Bring To The Role:
21. Previous experience of working within a recruitment, customer service or sales administration role.
22. Ability to engage effectively at the required level both internally and externally, building working relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
23. Effective interpersonal, time management, and organisation skills.
24. IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office applications and social media platforms.
25. Proactive, energetic and adaptable in your approach
