SEN Learning Support Assistant. Mountfields Lodge School, Bradgate Education Partnership. Fixed term until 23 August 2026, 14 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year). An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Mountfields Lodge School as a SEN Learning Support Assistant on a fixed term basis until 23 August 2026 for 14 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our pupils and teachers to provide high quality provision. We require someone who will work under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo with small groups and individuals, and, at times, adapt the provision to allow our young people to engage with the curriculum. The role is part of a large and supportive team who are dedicated and committed to giving our children the best opportunities possible. Responsibilities
* Provide support to our pupils and teachers to deliver high quality provision.
* Work under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo with small groups and individuals.
* Adapt provision to allow pupils to engage with the curriculum.
* Collaborate with the wider team to support children\'s learning and development.
Qualifications and experience
* Knowledge of working with children at the earliest stages of communication.
* Ability to adapt activities and routines to allow children to access learning.
* Show initiative and willingness to work as part of a team.
* Experience of working in an educational setting.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
