THE JOB:
A prestigious legal firm in Staffordshire is seeking a highly experienced Agricultural Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As an Agricultural Solicitor with over 10 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in Agricultural property law, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal counsel to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and proficiency in all aspects of Agricultural property law, with a focus on Farm Business Tenancies (FBTs), Act tenancies, and related matters. Represent clients in negotiations, transactions, and disputes involving agricultural properties, ensuring the best interests of the clients are always safeguarded.
* Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues related to Agricultural property law, including but not limited to land acquisitions, disposals, and tenancy matters.
* Conduct thorough due diligence on agricultural properties, identifying legal risks and proposing effective solutions. Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments impacting agricultural property, and ensure clients are complying.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years PQE in Agricultural Property Law.
* Expertise in FBTs and Act tenancies.
* In-depth Knowledge: A profound understanding of everything related to Agricultural Property Law.
* Legal Qualification: Qualified Solicitor with relevant certifications.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
* Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in effective negotiation and dispute resolution.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
THE PACKAGE:
* Salary: £75,000 - £90,000
* Contract: Permanent or part-time if required
* Location: Staffordshire
