Ready to take your Quantity Surveying career to the next level? Were looking for a dynamic, commercially focused professional to help drive major investment programmes and ensure we deliver brilliant services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of repairs, voids, compliance and planned works.
Take ownership of valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts.
Review and manage schedules of rates (including NHF).
Support tenders, procurement and contractor performance.
Produce sharp, accurate financial reports and forecasts.
Spot efficiencies, drive value for money and support long-term planning.
Maintain strong audit trails and ensure full compliance with regulations.
What were looking for A proven track record delivering construction or housing-related contracts.
Strong financial and commercial skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Confident understanding of risk, planning, building legislation and NHF SoRs.
Degree in Quantity Surveying (professional memberships are a bonus).
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
