Job Title: Part Time Finance Assistant
Location: Inverness
Salary: £13,780per annum (£13.25 per hour)
Job Type: 12 months fixed term maternity cover
Hours: Part time, 20 hours per week across at least 4 days Mon - Fri
Key Responsibilities
Manage finance function mailboxes and correspondence
Maintain purchase ledger including invoice processing, supplier queries and statement reconciliations
Process supplier payment runs via accounts system and online banking
Process staff expenses and support month-end preparation including bank reconciliations
Requirements
Essential
Previous accounts or finance office experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel (Microsoft)
Desirable
Experience using Sage Group accounting software
