The role…
We are seeking a Head Housekeeper with a strong passion for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and an exceptional eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to manage and motivate housekeeping teams, excellent organisational and time-management abilities including rota management, and proven experience in budgeting, stock control, and linen management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with both staff and guests, along with problem-solving abilities, familiarity with Property Management Systems, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations. This role requires a hands on approach, balancing high standards with operational efficiency, ensuring smooth, cost-effective housekeeping operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
