About the Role
You will be responsible for leading complex corporate investigations involving financial and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leadership to assess legal risks and develop investigation plans.
* Define scope, conduct interviews, compile reports, and recommend remedial measures.
* Oversee investigation teams and external resources, ensuring thorough, timely, and compliant investigations.
* Manage notification, documentation, and reporting processes.
* Advise senior leadership on risk mitigation and remedial actions.
* Coordinate with Compliance Program leads, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement as needed.
* Train and mentor investigative attorneys and staff.
* Stay updated on legal developments affecting investigations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
* Minimum 7 years of experience managing investigations, including financial fraud and regulatory investigations.
* Experience drafting confidential reports and advising on compliance risks and personnel actions.
* Litigation experience in corporate or employment law is a plus.

* Ability to lead sensitive investigations with discretion and strategic insight.
* Strong analytical, interviewing, and decision-making skills.
