My client, a well-established and growing recruitment business based in Manchester, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to run and grow a white collar construction billing desk.
This is a full 360 role with strong billing potential and a clear pathway into leadership for the right person. You’ll have access to live roles, a supportive leadership team, and the autonomy to shape your own desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run a warm white collar construction desk with active clients
* Manage the full recruitment cycle (permanent roles)
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships
* Support and mentor junior consultants.
* Drive business development and spot growth opportunities.
