Availability Window
Days and time: Wed 09:00-20:00, Thu 09:00-20:00, Sat 08:00-20:00.
Pay rate starts at £13.70 per hour, increases to £14.97 within the M25; additional payments may apply depending on location.
New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; part‑time arrangements of as few as 12 hours are also possible.
We schedule you within the advertised availability windows and give three weeks’ notice of exact shifts.

You will be responsible for
* Supporting the operation of our modern Pharmacies
* Applying technical skills and strong customer focus to accurately dispense medication
* Dispensing prescription medicines with attention to detail and accuracy
* Talking to customers in a confident, friendly, and professional manner to provide excellent service
* Offering appropriate information on common ailments, symptoms, and products
* Understanding customer needs and explaining product benefits clearly, while only selling appropriate products
* Advising customers on the range of Pharmacy services available
* Delivering Pharmacy services and the dispensing process according to Standard Operating Procedures
* Assessing the legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions
* Handling clinical and legal queries from Healthcare practitioners within area of competence
* Responding to customer queries about prescription medicines and reporting complaints to the Pharmacist
* Ensuring all dispensary routines and Standard Operating Procedures are followed
* Keeping dispensary and consulting rooms clean, tidy, and free of clutter
* Ensuring prescription administration is accurate and completed on time
* Promoting company initiatives within the team and protecting profit through accurate procedures
* Completing corporate and departmental training
* Keeping up to date with legal and professional developments in pharmacy
You will need
* Experience gained from working in a Pharmacy environment
* A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field
