The Role: As an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across a range of roles. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a seamless hiring journey. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions and levels. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies. Create engaging job adverts and post across relevant platforms. Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate selection processes. Manage the candidate experience and employer brand throughout the hiring journey. Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a talent acquisition or internal recruitment role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confident using recruitment tools and platforms A proactive approach and ability to manage your own workload. Understanding of employment best practices and relevant legislation. Passion for people and a keen eye for talent. Based locally or within a commutable distance to the North Coast of Cornwall. A valid UK driver’s licence and access to transport – occasional travel may be required between sites or to attend events. Creative approach to content and communication, especially across social platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram. Familiarity with employer branding or talent marketing campaigns.
