Role details Start date: April 2026 Salary range: £60,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience) Working pattern: Full-time | Hybrid working (average 3 days per week in our Newcastle based office) The Client Partner will take responsibility for the day-to-day commercial relationship management across a defined set of Seriös Group client accounts. This will include managing working relationships wth key client stakeholders, and commercial growth of accounts in line with agreed targets. Working within the commercial function, this role will be critical in retaining and growing client revenues, whilst ensuring high-levels of client satisfaction and effective relationship management. Key responsibilities Account portfolio Own day-to-day commercial relationship management for a defined set of client accounts Work with the CCO and CSD to develop robust account plans to embed Seriös Group within client organisations Meet and exceed commercial targets including revenue, margin, and retention Identify, shape, and close commercial opportunities within portfolio accounts Produce high-quality commercial propositions, proposals, and pitches Accurately forecast revenue and pipeline to support commercial planning Support opportunity development with new clients, including proposals and tender responses Relationship management Build and maintain exceptional relationships with client stakeholders Act as the primary day-to-day contact for all commercial aspects of client engagements Proactively build new stakeholder relationships to expand reach and identify opportunities Implement account governance structures as defined by the CSD Represent and champion the client voice internally Client strategy Work with clients to define strategic roadmaps, solutions, and business cases aligned to their data ambitions Act as a key contact for technology and data-enabled solutions Leverage internal SMEs and delivery leadership where appropriate Deliver QBRs and ongoing strategic reviews in collaboration with the CSD and SMEs Client satisfaction & delivery success Monitor client satisfaction and overall relationship health Identify commercial risks and issues early and coordinate resolution with relevant teams Work closely with delivery teams to ensure effective handover, execution, and scope management Commercial team support Contribute to new business proposals, tenders, and pitches as required Person Specification Essential Experience in client or account management roles, in a consultative sales environment Experience working in a technology-based environment Experience managing corporate and/or enterprise-level clients Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive account growth Desirable Degree-level education or equivalent Experience in on of our key industry sectors - Financial Service, iGaming, Technology, Retail/Hospitality, Built environment Experience working with data-related solutions or platforms Experience working in a hybrid environment Is this role for you?
