As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, youll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living tasks and help follow individual care plans
* Provide one-to-one time and companionship to residents
* Assist with feeding, hydration, and overall well-being as directed
* Contribute to a safe, warm, and respectful environment
About You
* Experience caring for older people (preferred)
* A can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
* Empathy, warmth, and the compassion to deliver high standards of care
* Willingness to undertake training to thrive in the role
