Job Description
The Customer Care Executive role involves:
* Answering incoming calls promptly and in a friendly manner
* Responding to customer emails/enquiries within 1 hour
* Creating customer cases and following them through
* Looking after all customers assigned to the Customer Care Team, including before and after the point of order
* Processing customer orders and ensuring customers are kept up to date on order/delivery updates in a timely manner
