You'll be working 5 out of 7 days in a prestigious independent school environment.
Your Role
As our Executive Chef, you will:
* Plan, organize, and direct food preparation and cooking, enhancing our reputation for quality.
* Adopt a hands-on approach, overseeing food production for pupils and staff, as well as hospitality events.
* Drive quality in all hospitality events.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and COSHH regulations.
* Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures for budgetary control.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, catering for large numbers while making each meal feel special.
* Possesses excellent people skills, able to lead, develop, train, and inspire a large team.
* Shows a genuine passion for food and delivers outstanding customer service.
* Is innovative and up-to-date with current food trends.
* Demonstrates superb culinary skills and excellent financial understanding.
* Maintains high standards and is quality-driven.
* Exhibits excellent organizational skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
