Creative Support is a not-for-profit organization providing high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and dementia. Our support is tailored to promote independence and community engagement.
We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and proactive Extra Care Registered Manager to lead our services at Cecil Gardens, a vibrant, multi-generational community that encourages independence and community connections. As the CQC Registered Manager, you will oversee operational management along with a senior team.
You will collaborate with landlords, stakeholders, and local health and social care services to ensure the highest standards of care. Your role involves empowering clients, meeting their needs and preferences, and working with their families to foster a positive environment. Empathy, holistic care, flexibility, energy, and reliability are essential qualities. You will manage a team of care staff at Cecil Gardens.
The role includes providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and assisting individuals to access employment, education, and social activities. We value the personal skills and interests you bring. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.
Previous experience in supporting individuals with diverse needs is essential. Your approach should be warm, person-centered, and respectful. Creative Support supports your professional development, offering training opportunities.
