ERP & Inventory Control (NetSuite)
* Maintain BOMs, item setups, routings, and run/pack rates
* Execute MRP/MPS plans in collaboration with Supply Chain
* Backflush WOs accurately, minimise scrap, and ensure timely closure
* Work with Warehouse to ensure real-time inventory accuracy (FEFO/FIFO)
Materials & Supply Coordination
* Liaise with Purchasing to ensure timely availability of raw/pack materials
* Review CoAs, shelf life, and allergen status pre-issue
* Help avoid shortages through clear visibility and close collaboration
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

* Implement LEAN principles and standardised work practices
* Lead stand-ups and weekly operational reviews
Cross-Team Collaboration
* Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain managers
* Ensure despatch readiness, production timelines, and inventory flow
* Support cross-functional planning and product launches
Experience & Skills Required:
* Experience in FMCG, nutraceutical, food, or cosmetics manufacturing
* Strong leadership background managing teams in a production environment
* ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred) – WOs, BOMs, inventory transactions
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Health & Safety best practices
