Summer Intern – AI Solution Developer
UK Remote - 8 Weeks

Are you passionate about AI, coding, and solving real‑world problems? This summer, you’ll work with our Information Technology and Data Science teams to design and develop AI applications that help accelerate clinical research around the world.
This is a hands‑on internship where you will build, prototype, and deploy intelligent solutions using the latest technologies—while being mentored by an experienced UK‑based engineering team.
What You’ll Do
1. Build AI/ML applications using Python, LLMs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, numpy & scikit‑learn
2. Create intelligent agents and automation tools that support clinical research workflows
3. Develop software using Python, TypeScript, SQL, and integrate with cloud technologies like Azure
4. Collaborate with engineers and data scientists using GitHub and Azure DevOps
5. Document your work and present your progress to project stakeholders
6. Gain real-world experience in designing, testing, and deploying AI solutions
What You Bring
7. Studying (or recently completed) Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field in your 3rd or 4th Year of a Bachelor’s program or pursuing a Master’s
8. Experience with Python and familiarity with ML/AI concepts
9. Basic understanding of SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, and cloud platforms
10. Curious, analytical mindset with a passion for learning
11. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
12. Interested in cloud, machine learning, automation, or emerging intelligent systems
13. Looking for hands-on experience applying AI to real business challenges
