In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within our organisation. You will leverage your expertise in human resources and relationship management to build strong connections with candidates and clients alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of recruitment processes, as well as experience with various recruitment tools such as ATS, Workday, and Salesforce. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. * Utilise social media management techniques to enhance our employer brand and reach potential candidates. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. * Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings on potential hires. * Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. * Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System Bullhorn * Generate leads through networking events, referrals, and other channels to expand our talent pool. Requirements * Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a consultancy environment. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels. * Familiarity with recruitment software such as Bullhorn. * Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with clients and candidates alike. * Experience in lead generation techniques to source potential candidates proactively. * Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills. About the role: * Starting basic £30K to £35K DOE Plus uncapped commission * Being part of the 24/7 on-call rota * Monday to Thursday (Apply online only), Friday (Apply online only) * 28 days holiday, including bank holidays * Full driving license and car a must as client visits will be required * Excellent office environment and great location * Source and attract candidates through various channels including social media management and lead generation strategies. * Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. * Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to placement. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
