Rate of Pay: £12.85 - £16.17 per Hour Summary: To undertake a range of passenger transport functions within Fleet Operations, ensuring effective provision in line with service requirements and customer needs. Responsibilities: Personally and through team members assist to deliver the service plans and objectives for the Fleet operations team. To undertake the safe transportation of all passengers. To have regard for the general welfare of passengers and to promote their safety. To ensure compliance with safe practice in respect of all passenger particularly wheelchair users. To maintain and operate vehicles in accordance with policies, procedures and issued Guidance. Experience Required: Experience in the transportation of passengers Minimum of 4 years, driving experience. Experience in working to tight schedules Experience of working with vulnerable people Essential Criteria: A full endorsement free driving licence that includes category D Licence Manual Handling training Ability to work without close supervision Emergency First Aid Qualification Wheelchair securing knowledge Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
