The Vacancy
You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our European surface transport services. You will be responsible for liaising with key partners, carriers, and clients, ensuring seamless execution of operations in line with Uniserve’s procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Excellence: Manage and execute assigned jobs, utilising our internal systems.
* Client Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively manage client expectations, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure profitability on each job.
* Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare regular reports, analyse performance metrics, and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
* Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to achieve shared goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven European Operations experience
* Groupage/FTL experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using IT systems
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach
* A willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
