RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, WEST MIDLANDS, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, £35-£50 PER HOUR. A skilled conveyancing locum is needed to support a busy legal department, with an immediate start and cover required through to the end of December. JOB REF: 1020

\n•This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions, primarily focusing on managing part exchange buy-ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions.

\n•You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.
\n
\n•Applications are open to experienced locums with at least 3 years in a similar role and proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.

\n•The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work independently, confidently managing all correspondence and documentation with minimal administrative support.
