Responsibilities
As our Customer Experience Manager you will be responsible for the front‑of‑house staff and operations, welcoming audiences to shows and serving them in our bars, kiosks and other hospitality areas.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience leading customer‑facing teams, with a background in food and beverage, catering or hospitality management and delivery. You should be able to embed high standards while developing new business opportunities and thrive in a busy, dynamic, and developing venue.
