ARC Recruitment are currently recruiting Hygiene Cleaning Operatives for a well-established fresh produce company based in Easton, Norwich.
This role offers immediate starts and multiple positions for candidates with previous food factory cleaning experience.
Shift Details
* Current shift: 18:00 – 02:00
* Future shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 18:00 – 06:00
* Pay rate: £12.21 - £12.27 / £13.68 - £13.75 per hour (PAYE / PAYE AUTO)
Key Responsibilities
As a Hygiene Cleaning Operative, your duties will include:
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment across all factory areas
* Cleaning production and processing areas
* Mopping floors and washing walls
* Cleaning machinery and equipment
* Emptying bins and general housekeeping
* Preparing production lines for processing
* Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous food factory or hygiene cleaning experience (essential)
* COSHH training (preferred)
* IPAF ticket (Mobile Vertical 3a/3b) – advantageous
* Reliable, proactive, and hard-working attitude
* Own transport preferred due to location
