What You'll Need
* NVQ Level 3 / Diploma in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
* Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or challenging behaviour
* Strong leadership, communication, and team working skills
* A calm and resilient approach under pressure
* A passion for empowering vulnerable adults and promoting independence
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding
