* Supporting meeting room bookings and setup
* Liaising with external contractors and suppliers
* Monitoring office maintenance and workplace standards
* General administration and office support duties
* Supporting health & safety procedures across the office
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 12 years experience within office management, reception, or office administration
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A professional and approachable manner
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* The ability to multitask and work independently
