Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of safe, effective, and engaging physical activity programmes for digital delivery.
* Translate clinical exercise science into motivating digital content (e.g., app journeys, challenges, coaching).
* Collaborate with behavioural scientists and data teams to embed AI-driven personalisation and behaviour change techniques.
* Partner with product teams to shape features that support long-term physical activity habits.
* Continuously evaluate and improve interventions using user feedback and performance data.
* Ensure all physical activity content meets clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
* Represent the physical activity pillar in cross-functional strategy and governance forums.
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
The Person:
Key Requirements:
* Qualified health professional (e.g., physiotherapist, orthopaedic medical advisor, or senior exercise physiologist).
* Deep expertise in exercise science, health promotion, and behaviour change theory (e.g., COM-B).
* Experience in digital health programme development, ideally with AI integration.
* Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with a passion for improving user health outcomes.
