What We’re Looking For Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent NMC registration. Experience working with complex dementia, mental health conditions, or challenging behaviours. Support residents with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Carry out assessments, care planning, and risk management. Work closely with families, MDT colleagues, and external professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safeguarding standards. Promote a safe, supportive environment that encourages wellbeing and dignity.
