Choreograph is WPP’s global data products and technology company. We’re on a mission to transform marketing by building the fastest, most connected data platform that bridges marketing strategy to scaled activation. We deliver this through the Open Media Studio, an AI-enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising. We’re over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets around the world.


Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a visionary Head of Product to lead the evolution and execution of Media Intelligence, WPP’s AI-powered data solution that drives predictive performance across audiences, channels, and markets in real time. You will own the product roadmap, champion innovation, and collaborate across teams to ensure Open Intelligence continues to set industry standards for speed, scale, precision, and performance. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for AI-driven solutions, an expert in delivering enterprise-grade products, and a proven leader who can inspire cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

* Product Strategy and Vision: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Open Intelligence, aligning with Choreograph’s goals and market needs. Drive innovation using AI-powered predictive intelligence, large marketing models, and privacy-first solutions to deliver faster, richer insights at scale. Guide the development of a Large Marketing Model (LMM) trained on trillions of signals and brand first-party data, refined against real campaign outcomes.
* Leadership and Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing product team. Work with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to transform concepts into scalable solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners for seamless integration across platforms and client ecosystems.
* Execution and Delivery: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing improvement. Establish milestones and KPIs, use agile methodologies, and ensure open intelligence operates across cloud providers and data warehouses with flexibility and easy onboarding.
* Drive Breakthrough AI Solutions: Lead development and deployment of AI products using unique data and partnerships to achieve cost efficiencies and performance gains. Continuously research and integrate advanced AI models to keep the portfolio at the forefront.
* Advocacy and Representation: Represent Open Intelligence to executive leadership, clients, and industry forums. Communicate value proposition and ensure privacy-by-default compliance while exploring data collaboration opportunities.


Qualifications

* Proven experience leading large-scale product organizations, ideally in AI, AdTech, or data-driven environments.
* Deep understanding of AI-powered predictive intelligence, ML frameworks, and scalable architectures. Experience with Large Marketing Models (LMMs) is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of privacy-first solutions, cross-cloud interoperability, and audience-based marketing strategies. Experience with privacy-by-default architectures and secure data collaboration without data movement is key.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executives and industry forums.
* Strategic thinker with ability to balance vision and pragmatic execution.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
