Responsibilities
:
1. Manage and develop relationships with existing customers across your territory.
2. Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on new business opportunities.
3. Prepare accurate quotes and ensure timely responses to client requests.
4. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records using our CRM system.
5. Complete and submit tenders.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company sales targets.
7. Manage a high volume of email communication efficiently.
Experience:
8. Proven track record of sales success, with the ability to identify opportunities and apply strong commercial awareness to close sales.
9. Knowledge of laboratory equipment, a background in life sciences or previous scientific sales experience would be an advantage but is not essential. (All sales related experience will be considered).
10. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
11. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
12. Ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
13. A customer-focused approach with the ability to provide consultative sales support.
14. A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a growing, team-oriented business.
