Store Manager – H. Samuel – Doncaster
As Store Manager here at H. Samuel in Doncaster, you will be responsible for achieving the store’s targets through promoting a sales culture in‑store, building and inspiring a strong customer‑first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will lead by example, role‑model impressive selling skills, coach and inspire your team with great leadership and adopt a proactive approach to sales management.
You will also be responsible for maintaining consistent compliance with company instructions, policies and processes, controlling costs, payroll, shrinkage and expenses for the store, and overseeing the planning and organisation of operational activities within the store. We encourage you to lead boldly, showing the way and inspiring your team to exceed expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent track record of successfully achieving KPI's.
* Experience holding accountability for managing the commercial performance of a store.
* Experience leading store teams.
* Experience of target‑setting and interpreting business data.
* Ability to inspire, coach and develop your team to maximise potential and performance.
* Proven track record of role‑modeling and consistently delivering amazing customer experiences.
* Clear passion for our products and the ability to put yourself in our customers’ shoes.
* A competitive spirit.
* Basic knowledge of legislative responsibilities (e.g. recruitment, employment law, health and safety, trading standards).
