Ark Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a commercially minded, hands‑on Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth journey across the UK, US and Europe.
We’re a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in events, media, marketing, sales and commercial hiring, partnering with ambitious businesses ranging from scale-ups through to established global brands.

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and execute the company’s marketing strategy across digital channels, helping to strengthen brand presence, generate inbound leads, and support business growth.
This is a broad, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with day‑to‑day delivery. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and sales function, helping to identify target markets, improve marketing performance, and generate high‑quality MQLs.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how the brand evolves as the business continues expanding internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns
* Drive inbound lead generation and support MQL creation for the sales team
* Manage and optimise website performance and user journeys via WordPress
* Support SEO strategy and ongoing website optimisation
* Manage organic and paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and audience segmentation
* Maintain and optimise CRM/database marketing activity
* Produce engaging visual and written content using Canva and other digital tools
* Monitor campaign performance and provide insight‑driven recommendations
* Help shape and grow the company’s brand presence across UK, US and European markets
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially aware marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
You’ll likely bring:
* 3–5 years’ experience within a digital marketing role
* Strong B2B marketing experience
* Proven experience supporting lead generation and business growth
* Hands‑on experience with SEO and website optimisation
* Experience managing WordPress websites
* Strong understanding of organic and paid social media campaigns
* Email marketing experience including segmentation and A/B testing
* Experience working with CRM/database marketing systems
* Confidence using Canva and digital content tools
* A strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach
* Experience within a start‑up or scale‑up environment would be highly advantageous, alongside any exposure to AIO or AI‑driven marketing strategies.
