What you’ll be doing… As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online. Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Resolve complaints or escalate issues where appropriate Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment or service area Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions Support wider team with general administrative and operational tasks Working pattern: 5 out of 7 days | 40 Hours Per Week What can you bring?
