What will I do? Control the health club from an operational level, ensuring high customer service levels, carrying out daily health & safety procedures and maintaining a safe environment for all users. Support the Health Club Manager to maximise sales and membership opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Ensure daily health & safety procedures and a safe environment for club users.
* Support the Health Club Manager in maximising sales and membership opportunities.
* Supervise a team within a health club (previous experience required).
Qualifications
* Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
* Qualifications in water testing, pool plant and pool lifeguard/responder.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
