Solicitor NQ – Clinical Negligence
Location: Birmingham
Our client is seeking a talented Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its leading Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham.

The Role
* Manage your own caseload of multi-track medical negligence claim
* Support senior colleagues on complex, high-severity cases
* Handle complex and high-value clinical negligence matters, including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric claims
* Provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims
* Seek interim payments where appropriate to support clients’ rehabilitation and ongoing care
About You
* Newly Qualified Solicitor with experience in, or a training seat in, medical negligence
* Experience handling multi-track and high-value claims
* Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
* A client-focused, empathetic and collaborative approach
