As Sous Chef youll work closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to bring our bold Japanese-Peruvian fusion menu to life, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every dish. Experience in high-end, fast-paced environments and a passion for Asian or Nikkei cuisine is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities as a Sous Chef:
Support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service during high-volume shifts.
Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency, efficiency, and high culinary standards.
Uphold and enforce strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
Help monitor stock levels, control costs, and ensure accurate ordering and waste management when you Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef are absent.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, high-end kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen best practices.
Passion for Asian cuisine experience with Japanese, Peruvian, or fusion styles is a strong advantage.
