Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking estate agency, is looking for a Head of Property Management to lead their team in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management and a solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation. Working hours:
1. 5 days per week

What's on offer:
3. Up to £39,000 basic
4. OTE up to £49,000

Head of Property Management requirements:
9. Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience is essential (Must be recent)
10. ARLA qualified desirable
11. Highly organised and has a positive work ethic
12. Ability to work well under pressure
13. Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
14. Organise and manage your time and workload
15. Computer literate
16. Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
17. Upbeat personality and strong work ethic
As Head of Property Management, your role will involve:
18. Conducting property inspections and overseeing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
19. Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
20. Negotiating tenancy renewals and extensions
21. Handling deposit returns in line with regulations
22. Managing rental arrears and resolving disputes
23. Processing eviction requests where necessary
24. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
25. Managing a team of property managers
26. Monitoring and supporting team performance through regular one-to-ones
27. Ensuring the business remains risk-averse and fully compliant with all relevant regulations
