Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? Lexia Education Services are seeking dedicated, specialist tutors to support vulnerable students struggling to access education. Through bespoke one-to-one tutoring we aim to provide positive community impact for children across Somerset.
Your Role
* Specialist Tuition – Offering creative child-centered interventions, collaborating and working towards a personalised package of academic, interest-based and mentor focused support for learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
* Multi-Agency Working – Collaborate and communicate with families, professionals and the wider team, to promote the best interests of the child.
* Monitoring Progress – Record and report tangible examples of the students work, targets, and development throughout the provision.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - A recognised teaching qualification is required.
* Relevant Experience - At least 3 years of teaching/student support experience.
* Commitment - A genuine passion and dedication to supporting vulnerable children and young people in need of your support.
* Communication Skills - Strong ability to engage effectively with students, families, and professionals.
