Paralegal
We are looking for a Paralegal /Legal Assistant to work in the Litigation Department of a firm of solicitors. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a position within a solicitors with the opportunity to progress within the firm although this is not essential.
You would be working in civil litigation, admin, filing, dealing with client’s inquiries, opening and closing files, paying and issuing invoices, typing legal forms, sending out letters, chasing outstanding debts by email and other general admin duties, the role is varied and interesting, There is training.
The Candidate
* Ideally experience working as a legal assistant or some accounts experience
* Good communication skills both on the telephone and in person
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
