The Service Advisor will need to be capable of delivering an outstanding experience to the customers with a professional and friendly manner, advising on required repairs and clearly updating the customer throughout. Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least 3 years experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive sector. Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team. Computer literacy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel. Valid drivers license (preferred) Ability to process information accurately and efficiency. Flexibility. Previous customer service experience. Previous service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
